For the Items section users can search by Item Name or Category. Select the "Search by:" choice desired, then enter the characters for the search into the "Search Data:" form field, [covered up in this image] and then click the Search button. Because there are only a couple hundred items, users can merely click the Search button, and a list of all Items will appear.

 Store Settings only lists those stores that are active. A user can open the list to all without a search setting. The "(Inactive)" after the store city name removes them from the list.
