In the rare case that you find POS displays that the user is already enrolled with a different name, select different finger to enroll. The person's prints are similar to someone already enrolled.
 When a new friend is added, their password is set to first letter of first name and last name in full, all lowercase no spaces. Mine would be set to jjohnson. The password can be changed in the Edit User window.
