+==== Production Sales ====
+This report shows the hourly sales and labor stats for the day. It opens displaying the current days stats. The last 28 days can be opened by selecting the day from the Date: pulldown list. One can compare this Tuesday to last Tuesday, etc. This is one of the most used tools in JOES POS.
+  * Hour - Each hour of the day is displayed.
+  * Order Count - the number of orders entered that hour from xx:00 to XX:59. This is the Order Entered time and not the Order Due time.
+  * Hourly Revenue - the order totals without sales taxes taken in that hour. These are real time stats and will update each time an order is placed in that hour.
+  * Total Revenue - A running total of the total sales up to the end of that hour in real time.
+  * Pickups - The count of the pick-up orders entered in the hour.
+  * Deliveries - The count of the deliveries entered in the hour, not when they were delivered.
+  * Average Makeline Time - The average time within that hour between when the order was entered, and the status was updated to ready. [There is no need to update every order and so this is usually only when an order is modified.]
+  * Average OTD (Out The Door) Time - This is the average of the time between when the order was entered and when the driver checked it out for delivery.
+  * Labor Hours - The man hours used during that hour. If 4 people only work 15 minutes each, that is 1 man hour.
+  * Labor % - The total of the rates entered for each team member times the portion of the hour each worked divided by the net sales for that hour.
+  * The last line is the totals for Order Count, Total Revenue, Pickups, Deliveries, the average Average Makeline Times, the average of the Average OTD Time, Labor Hours, and the Labor % for the day.
