On the top right side of the window is the Notes area.  Click "Add a new note" to open the Notes window. This is not the Address Notes. Rember that although it is not meant for any customer to ever see these notes, there are times when a customer may see them and care should be taken to avoid anything that may be considered offensive.

  * onTicket - This is meant for customers who may have allergies or always prefer thin crusts. The are called onTicket because they print at the top of the Kitchen ticket when any order for that customer is printed. That way the person making the order may note any errors in order entry.
