These are the posted store hours for each day of the week. The hours set here determine when customers can place Online and TOOS orders. If Online is Off no orders can be entered or scheduled. Online can only be set to Off in emergencies.

At the bottom is the legacy version of Holiday Hours. Now the OIC Store Info> Online Status is the best place to set Holiday Hours. Clicking the + to the left of the calendar icon next to Holiday Hours lists the Holiday Hours set for that store. Right click Holiday Hours to see “+ Add a holiday for this store.” click on that to open Store Holiday Hours window.

The Store Hours and Holiday Hours are published throughout the web to many websites, including Google and Apple Maps, Yelp and many others.

Delivery Zones

Do not use this tool to edit Delivery Zone settings, use the OIC tools for editing Delivery Fee, Minimum, and Reimbursement.

Caution: Only persons who have been coached on how to use this tool by direct interaction with someone trained in its use should ever add a delivery zone.

Right click on Delivery Zones to see “+ Add a delivery zone for this store.” click on that to open the Delivery Zones window.

Right click a delivery zone name to display the Edit this delivery zone/ Delete this delivery zone. Click Edit this delivery zone to open the mapping tool.

Delivery Zone Boundary Instructions

To define the boundaries for this delivery zone, start by clicking on the map. This is your starting point. For best results, work either clockwise or counterclockwise from your starting point. The direction is not important, as long as you continue to work in that direction. Be as detailed as you like, but note that the more points you add, the longer it takes to update the map. In short, if you add a lot of markers, be patient between each one as it may take a few seconds to show up.

If you make a mistake, you can click and hold the point to drag the erroneous point to the correct location. (If you drag a point, you will need to make sure it doesn't violate your counter/clockwise direction that you have been following.) You can delete a point by clicking the black dot that appears in the center of the pin. If there is no pin; click “Update Data.” After the update go to the details tab again and reopen the map, there will be pins on all points.

When drawing the map you may want to periodically “Update Data” to save your work. Also, if the map drawing tool does anything weird just “Update Data,” go back to the details tab, and reopen the map.

You may set the delivery fee and delivery minimum for this zone by clicking the “Delivery Zone Properties” entering the value(s) into the appropriate box(es). You can also use OIC “Online Status.”

When you are finished, just click the “Update Data” button.

NEVER adjust the boundaries during open hours. When you “Update Data” all the addresses assigned to that zone are deleted, then each address' geocodes are compared to the new boundaries and only added back if within the new boundaries.

Delivery Zip Codes

Right click Delivery Zip Codes to see “+ Add a zip code to this store.” Click on that to open the Zip Codes window.

It is vital that the zip code for any delivery address must be listed here. The first thing POS and Online does is look at the address zip code. It the address' zip code is not in this list, the address is rejected. The map is not referenced. The address is rejected at that moment.
