• Cash
  • Cash (In Store) - Always on for POS users.
  • Cash (Web) - There are 2 stores that never accept cash for Online orders.
• Checks
  • Checks (In Store) - This presents POS users with a Check payment option for those In-Store orders paid by check. When this option is available the total payments for In-Store orders paid by check will be listed on the Closeout Report. Even without this payment option, checks can be accepted, but they are included in the Cash Bank Deposit when running the Closeout.
  • Checks (Web) - No longer recommended. There was a time, before debit cards, when many customers paid by check.
  • Check Policy (Shown to Web Users) - Whatever message was entered here was displayed when the Online customer chose to make a check payment. This is no longer used.

  • Processors listed - There may come a day when our recommended processer cannot accept certain major credit card processor's payments.
  • Processor Settings - If changed rerun Yiftee activation card.

    • Password - The CardConnect Password
• Del Service
  • Del Service (In Store) - [Delivery Service] This is from when TOOS orders came in through tablets. There are a few stores using TOOS that are not integrated with Chowly like Slice. This would be left up to the owner. It allows users to select this option for cash payment orders and to pocket the cash paid.
  • Del Service (Web) - This must always be X. Online customers must not have this option.
