Online Settings
Click on the plus sign on the left of the Online settings icon to view the current Online Settings. Right click Online Settings, click Modify Online Settings to open the Online Store Settings window.
- Online Ordering: - Enabled/Disabled This is a manual setting and must be Enabled if ever Disabled. There are 2 tools to change this in the OIC as well as here.
- Disabled Reason: - Put the reason that it is disabled here. You don't want customers to think it's a permanent decision. This can also be done in the OIC.
- Order Relay Method: -
- Fax - Back in the day all online orders were sent to the store only by fax
- POS - Now all Online orders come into POS like any other order.
- Email - Some owners like to get an email for each orders.
- Fax AND Email - There are still a few stores using a fax machine and the owners want to have the email sent as an additional safety measure.
- POS AND Email - I think we have one or two stores where there is a POS terminal for Online orders, and the owner wants an email for his use.
- Voice Notification: - Enabled/ Disabled Some owners want a phone call reminder for every Online order to alert the staff. An automated call is made to a single phone in the store 5 minutes after the Online order is placed.
- POS System: - There was a time when we were adding stores to POS. We had a “None” setting for stores using their own POS. There are still 5 stores that have not migrated to POS.

Store Hours
These are the posted store hours for each day of the week. The hours set here determine when customers can place Online and TOOS orders. If Online is Off no orders can be entered or scheduled. Online can only be set to Off in emergencies.
At the bottom is the legacy version of Holiday Hours. Now the OIC Store Info> Online Status is the best place to set Holiday Hours. Right click Holiday Hours to see “+ Add a holiday for this store.” click on that to open Store Holiday Hours window.
